By downloading, installing, or using the mobile game Stone Tower (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Stone Tower is a mobile game that includes in-app purchases, online features such as cloud saving, player authentication, and leaderboard rankings. The game is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or performance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
Stone Tower may use Unity Player Authentication to identify users and enable access to online features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency (“Stars”) and boosters. All purchases are processed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy: Google Play Refund Policy.
Virtual currency and items (e.g., “Stars”, boosters) have no real-world value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for real money or other items. The developer reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time.
By using the App, you agree NOT to:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, graphics, code, and data, remain the property of Maksym Kuchma. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App may display anonymized rankings and performance statistics via Unity Leaderboards. You consent to the storage and public display of your gameplay metrics, including score and player ID (not personally identifiable).
The developer may update or modify the App, its content, and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. The developer makes no warranties of any kind regarding the performance, availability, or security of the App, and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.
The developer shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the App, including issues related to third-party services such as Unity or Google.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
